1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You can request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • If the cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. In such cases, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Wavinghand

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable.
  • There are issues with payment processing or verification.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Inaccuracies in product information or pricing are identified.

If your order is canceled by Wavinghand, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Refund Process

For approved cancellations, the refund process is as follows:

  • The refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days of cancellation approval.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will process the refund via bank transfer, and you will need to provide your bank details.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

4. Exceptions

Orders placed during sale events, on discounted products, or for customized items are not eligible for cancellation.
