Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wavinghand, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand our process and conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.

Items such as innerwear, customized products, or items purchased during sale periods are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and personal use items.
  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or with heavy discounts.

3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, details of the item, and reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back to the provided address using a reliable courier service. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Refunds

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. Once approved, the refund will be processed as follows:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after the return is approved.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a refund through bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank details during the return process.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at wavinghandltd@outlook.com or call +91 7075752507. Provide photographs of the damaged item along with your order details. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at wavinghandltd@outlook.com.
